We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. We can only accept returns on faulty goods and within 7 days of receipt of items. We will require the complete boxed set to be returned with its original packaging.
Please ensure it is wrapped securely and enclose a copy of your original dispatch note with:
- Your full name
- Your full postal address, email address and telephone number
- Your original order number (which can be found on your email confirmation of order).

Please obtain Proof of Postage from your Post Office when returning an item.
Postage costs to return an item are the payable by the customer.
A refund will go onto the card, which was used when you made your purchase.
How long will it take to deal with my return?
Once our team has received your parcel it can take up to 5 working days to review and fulfill your request.
When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
